Are your lamps compatible with smart bulbs?
Yes, all Pooky Lighting fixtures are compatible with standard smart bulbs, provided the base type (E26, E12, etc.) matches the socket.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental US, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
Are the lampshades sold separately?
Most of our bases and shades are sold separately to allow you to mix and match styles, though we do offer curated bundles.
What should I do if my glass fixture arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately.
Can your wall lights be dimmed?
Our wall lights are dimmable as long as they are used with a compatible dimmable bulb and a wall-mounted dimmer switch.
Do you provide installation services?
We do not provide direct installation. We recommend hiring a certified electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures.
